All Natural Play
Fundamental to our outdoor playscape design and installation projects is the widely held belief that physical literacy precedes and supports readiness to learn at school.
We know how to create play spaces that promote healthy risk taking, physical and cognitive development through stimulating, multi-sensory environments using materials kept in their most natural state.
By exploring our play structures children develop the skills, confidence and capabilities in much the same way as we have done through the evolution of our species, learning by doing, in the outdoors.
Using materials such as oak (from our supplier in the New Forest), accoya and robinia we ensure that wood looks, feels and smells like wood should. And using natural, loose fill safety surfaces such as play grade woodchip, sand and shingle we extend the natural look and feel whilst being kinder to the environment.
