Seeing as much return as possible for the investments of your limited budgets is vital for all schools. Expensive covered classrooms, landscaping and storage facilities are often not required, particularly in the early stages of setting up your outdoor learning spaces and initiatives. Better to design and build resources and infrastructure around a 3-5 year plan and tailor this according to the spaces you have, where they can be easily accessed from, who will use them and for what purpose.

We are able to supply and have delivered to you a wide range of furniture and storage solutions at any time whether you are just starting on your outdoor learning journey or well established and enhancing your existing provision. Examples include:

• Oak logs – great for creating simple, modular seating circles. And being oak means that they will provide you with many years of trouble free use without rotting.

• Benches – either sleeper versions of more refined accoya benches they provide a great addition to any school site for versatile and modular outdoor learning spaces.

• Group gathering – our cedar slab tables and benches can easily accommodate 12 or more pupils for group work, discussion and as social spaces too. Robust, hardwearing and beautiful with wany edge sections for a natural look and feel.

• Standup tables – our accoya tables are perfect creating more dynamic teaching environments. Pupils can work in small groups, do table top activities and bring things to share easily with their peers.

• Hanging and portable boxes – again made from accoya they can be hung from fences (and the inside walls of our canopy classrooms) but also moved around your areas for maximum versatility. We even blackboard paint the lids so they can be marked up with a list of contents.

• Wood seasoning store – if you have a fire pit, then you need the ability to season wood and store your kindling and fire lighting (and extinguishing) materials. Our large flat packed kits can be assembled easily and placed into any outdoor learning or Forest School area.
