Composting Toilets

We are able to supply and install fully working composting toilets. This can be particularly useful for settings where the canopy and outdoor learning area is some distance from buildings and facilities. We build on your site a rustic but extremely well engineered Douglas fir frame and raised clad cabin to house the toilet (in the same aesthetic style as the canopy walls).

To this we the add the highly effective Woohoo system that can break down combined solid and liquid waste into an entirely safe byproduct that can be removed and disposed of easily. Each toilet comes with 2 chambers, one to be in use and one spare. With relatively low usage (emergencies only) it can take months for chambers to be filled and in need of emptying.

The cost is £5595 plus VAT for a single toilet and £6995 plus VAT for a double cabin and toilet.

This includes the following:

• The toilet hut (built onsite from a Douglas fir frame and wany edge cladding walls)

• All internal facilities using Accoya and Tricoya

• Soak away excavation adjacent to the toilet

• The Woohoo system with raised vent and 2 interchangeable chambers (per cubicle)

• Plumbing and connections
