Teacher-led Team Building in a Bag

Arbojo is designed to enable teachers to design and deliver first class team building and problem solving sessions with their own students in their own school grounds and indoor spaces. Each pack consists of a robust carry bag containing more than 50 portable team activities.

All activity equipment is provided together with a manual containing easy to follow laminated instruction sheets for teachers.

It also has age specific instructions for students for every exercise in the packs for older years. 

Arbojo tasks range from short energiser exercises to longer more complex activities. They also vary in style from the practical, cerebral and creative tasks to those focused on nature based activity and the outdoor environment. All tasks are fun, challenging and very simple to set up and pack away. Arbojo equips teachers with powerful, portable learning for their students. Arbojo workshops for teachers

SOuL facilitators are able to provide one day workshops on Arbojo tasks and teaching methods to enable you to get the very most from your investment. You can either attend an open workshop scheduled locally in your area or we can provide a bespoke course just for your staff at your school or site location. 

Course content includes task activities and how to conduct them, generating learning through creative reviewing methods, transferring learning to other areas of the curriculum and school life, health and safety and risk assessment processes, connecting with the outdoors and how to design journeys and longer sessions.

 

The TLC handbook 

To accompany Arbojo we also offer a separate TLC handbook. This offers theory, notes for teachers, simple models, lesson plans, handouts for students around TLC themes:

The TLC Handbook is designed to be used by teachers alongside the Arbojo activities to enable TLC learning to emerge in a practical and experiential way.
